Allegiant to expand West Coast to Hawaii Service

Honolulu and Maui Starting November

As Allegiant Airlines acquires additional Boeing 757-200 twin-jets, the airline is looking to make a debut in several unique United States west coast to Hawaii markets.  If you live in one five new markets, avoid the large hubs and make the trek nonstop from your local airport.

Allegiant will be starting service to Honolulu International Airport (HNL) from:

  • Bellingham, Washington (BLI) starting November 15th.
  • Eugene, Oregon (EUG) starting November 17
  • Santa Maria, California (SMX) starting November 17
  • Stockton, California (SCK) starting November 18

Aside from competition in Bellingham, Washington, with Alaska Airlines, there’s no need to drive to Seattle, Portland, Los Angeles or the Bay Area Airports to catch a non-stop flight to Honolulu.

The carrier will also begin service to Maui’s Kahului Airport (OGG) from:

  • Bellingham, Washington (BLI) starting November 14th.

Andrew C. Levy, Allegiant Travel Company President, said, “We are pleased to expand our presence in the islands with nonstop service to Maui and additional nonstop service to Honolulu from four more of our existing markets.”  Levy added, “This is especially exciting because it comes shortly after announcing initial service to Hawaii from Las Vegas and Fresno. We anticipate the new service will be very popular, especially when customers take advantage of great deals when bundling their air, hotel and car rental.”

Flight days and times as well as tickets for the Allegiant flights can be purchased from Allegiant or your Preferred Travel Agency.
