Beantown to Music City, Once Daily

Southwest Airlines will show additional love to those in Boston and Nashville as the airline starts a daily nonstop flight between the two cities.

The new flight will begin on August 12, 2012, with one nonstop round-trip in each direction.

This new flight Nashville flight extends the Southwest Airlines network at Boston’s Logan Airport (BOS) where the carrier already operates to Chicago-Midway (MDW), Baltimore-Washington lntl (BWI), Denver Intl (DEN), St Louis-Lambert Intl (STL) and Phoenix Sky Harbor Intl (PHX).

Southwest Airlines also operates at nearby Providence (PVD) and Manchester (MHT), both of which were key airports for the Boston area until Southwest was able to begin operations at Boston’s Logan Airport.

Southwest Airlines has an open seating policy, allows two checked bags free, and operates an all Boeing 737 fleet.
